Shipping Policy

We ship globally.

We ship via registered international airmail (tracking #, insurance) within 3 business days except any special cases. After shipping, we will send you the tracking number. It usually takes about 10 to 15 days to be delivered. Sometimes, due to the customs, it will take more than 20 days. All the shipping status can be shown in the tracking record of Japan Post website. If you need the items asap, please let us know. We can ship via DHL (express, tracking number, insurance), the package will be delivered within 2-3 days.

Under COVID, we are shipping with DHL Express/FEDEX in order to avoid big delay.

From $500	Free Shipping (DHL Express/Fedex)

*Our shipping cost is not including any logistics charges such as the customs fee and any handling charges in the destination country.

*Some areas are specified as "distance place" in DHL and FEDEX rate table including some areas in Australia/Canada. The shipping charge to these areas will be extra. Please ask us about the rate before shopping. We will do our best to get you some solutions.

Return Policy

We will accept return. After receiving the item, please contact us within 10 business days. Buyers need to take care of the shipping cost. On the buyers notification of completing the return shipping, we will refund the tackle cost within a few business days. We can only accept the return of the unused items.
