Ryugi SLIDE PIERCE Hook is designed for back slide rig. With the Slide Piercing, the eye position can be moved back and forth using a special worm keeper. By changing the eye position, the rig's fulcrum and center of gravity change, making it easier to adjust the “angle” and “speed” of the fall. The use of a nail sinker allows for even more fine-tuning. (When a backslide set is used with an normal offset hook, there is little flexibility in eye position.) Special "TC Coating" is adopted, and that provides high hooking performance even in situations where hooking power is not transmitted sufficiently, such as over cover or when casting long distances to hook a fish.
