Daiwa STEEZ SPOON is different from other spoon baits regarding the movement, real finish, and ease of usage. With center of gravity located backwards, it falls slightly back-sliding, and appeals by strong fluttering.  The vibration and strong flashing produced by the voluminous body can cause even neutral bass to react to bite.  

-Fluttering
The basic method of using this bait is to free-fall the line without tension or loosening it, which is called "zero-tension fall". The spoon is lifted up by a strong jerk with rod work, and falls with a fluttering action (action in which the spoon sways from side to side while falling) while being subjected to complex water current.  The strong wave motion and flashing produced by STEEZ SPOON strongly appeals to bass in a wide area.

-Backslide
By placing the center of gravity backward, a backslide action is generated.  At the same time, the line is pulled forward against water resistance, creating a fluttering action that is more efficient and lasts longer.

And, Daiwa's unique "SaqSas" technology, that is surface treatment technology, is used in swivel.  This minimizes line sagging during retrieval, which is a weak point of big spoons, and allows anglers to continue fishing comfortably all day long. Also, unlike regular rolling swivels, split rings of any size can be used, eliminating the risk of ring deformation or stretching.  "SaqSas" technology is used for hooks as well, making easier penetration to increase the catching rate.
